Abuse by BARS re NOISE POLLUTION in St. James/Smoky

Attention Mr. Ramlogan . The residents in this area St. James is in total despair with the incessant bombardment of daily out of control blasting of noise from the bars and also the parked vehicles. The police have been corporative with us . But this ABUSE HAS ESCALATED TO UNBEARABLE. The majority of our residents are seniors and a few young families.  We all  have severe health challenges brought on by the battering of our senses every night. i.e. those of us who are alive. How can we have a school in this enviroment which was here before the arrival of these bars. Are there laws in existance that can control the operations of these business. We would co exist  happily in some manner of control is put in place.
